"Twist of Faith" started as the Worship Band at Holladay United Church of Christ but before long we had developed into a ministry, not just musicians playing together on Sunday mornings.  We specialize in using more “secular” music in worship, rather than “praise" music.  We are indeed a “Christian” band, however our message is one of welcome and love, knowing that God loves the whole world, not just a small group of chosen followers. God is not through with this creation and is still speaking to us in many ways.  We hope to explore the whole journey of following Jesus, not just the praise, and happiness.  These are challenging times we live in, times when being identified as “Christian” can mean something much different than being a follower of Jesus.  There is much light to still be shed on this world, and God’s extravagant welcome is extended to all. We hope to open eyes to a broader view of Jesus than what you might hear from a televangelist, or a preacher at a mega church.   So we hope you will, “Hear God’s voice in the music, feel God’s love in the dance, see God’s face in the children, it’s not hard if you’ll take a chance.”
